Help homeowners and property owners find the right roofing solution after storm damage, leaks, or aging shingles. As a roofing sales representative, you’ll guide clients through inspections, explain their options, and work with our team to deliver reliable roof replacements and repairs. Training is provided, and roofing or sales experience is a plus but not required.
Keep the business running behind the scenes by handling scheduling, documentation, and customer communication. Our administrative team supports both field crews and management, helping ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Strong organization and communication skills are key.
Join our crew and work directly on roof repairs, replacements, and storm restorations across Texas. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Experience is helpful but not required — we’ll teach you what you need to know.
Lead projects, coordinate crews, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every job. Our managers oversee timelines, materials, and team performance, playing a vital role in customer satisfaction and company success. Experience in roofing or construction leadership is preferred.
